During our stay, we encountered serious security concerns, as the patio door failed to lock for four days. We felt vulnerable and even had to improvise with a belt to secure it. On top of this, our food was stolen from the refrigerator while we were at the beach, and when we reported it to the staff, they offered no assistance or understanding of the situation.
